Senior Finance Specialist

What We Need

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our international Finance team and take responsibility for key accounting, financial reporting, and payroll activities across our KSA/UAE entities, with additional support for the Vietnam entity.

This is a hands-on role with broad responsibility across the finance function. You will work closely with the CFO, business stakeholders, customers, auditors, and other members of the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial processes and reporting.

You will also play an important role in improving international finance processes, systems, and ways of working as the business continues to grow.

What Success Looks Like?

You will ensure that day-to-day finance operations run smoothly and that financial reporting is accurate, timely, and well controlled. You will maintain high-quality reconciliations and payroll processes while supporting the business with reliable financial information.

You will also contribute to making the Finance function more efficient by identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working, while acting as a reliable, proactive, and customer-focused finance partner to the wider business.

What You'll Do

Accounting & Financial Reporting
  • Manage the monthly month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for KSA/UAE.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure key financial controls are completed for KSA/UAE.
  • Support the preparation of annual local financial statements for KSA/UAE and coordinate with external auditors (KPMG).
  • Prepare and maintain KSA/UAE KPI reporting in collaboration with the CFO and executive team.
  • Perform quarterly account reconciliations for the Vietnam entity and provide finance and accounting support as required.
  • Support the continuous improvement of local accounting and reporting processes.
Payroll
  • Prepare, review, and file monthly payroll for company employees.
  • Ensure payroll-related accounting and reporting are accurate and completed on time.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers on payroll-related matters.
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with applicable local requirements and internal policies.
Process & Systems Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of finance processes.
  • Optimize the use of Excel and finance systems to streamline daily activities and reporting.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance operations.
  • Participate in finance development, transformation, and process improvement projects.

What You Have

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and/or payroll roles.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with strong written and spoken English.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with finance systems and digital tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an accounting and payroll role.
  • Strong experience in financial accounting, month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and cash management.
  • Good knowledge of local GAAP and tax requirements; basic knowledge of IFRS is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with and optimize financial data.
  • An independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong team-working skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • A customer-focused and continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Comfortable adapting to new systems, processes, and tools.
  • Experience working with international entities or multi-country finance operations is an advantage.
